Application Instructions

To submit an application for a Turnkey Communities residence, please complete BOTH steps below.

** Please Note: We have partnered with PetScreening for ALL applicants. You will be required to submit a response to PetScreening as part of Turnkey's application process. There will be no charge for Service Animals or if you have no pet. Please contact Turnkey Communities if you have questions or need help at anytime during the application process.

Step 1: Submit Application Documents

For EVERY adult (18+) who will be residing in the house please submit:

1. 1 month of paystubs.

               AND

2. Government-issued ID. 

If these are not submitted for each adult it will result in a delay in the application process or denial of your application. 

** Please upload photos of ID and Paystubs. 

Step 2: Submit Application 

Step 2: Submit a separate application for each person over 18 years old who will reside in the home.  Click on the link and it will open another page to create an account for online access.

Step 3: For home purchases ONLY.

Fill out the Home Loan Application document. This can be found in your tenant web access account you created by applying or a PDF version can be found under step 3. If you choose to use the PDF version, send the completed form via email to info@turnkeycommunities.com
